Antah
Holdings Berhad (AHB) is an investment holding company with
diversified businesses.
The
company was incorporated on 10th May 1976 as a Bumiputra
investment company. It was the first privately held Bumiputra
company to go public on 28th November 1983 when its shares
were listed on the Main Board of the KLSE. The company is
principally engaged in investment holding and provision
of management services. AHB has a diversified portfolio
of investments through various subsidiaries and joint ventures,
distribution of consumer and healthcare products, property
development, infrastructure and insurance brokerage.
Total
assets of AHB as at 30th June 2004 is RM760 million.
